PROFESSIONAL CHIMNEY SAFETY
The Top-Down Advantage
Most chimney fires ignite in the upper six feet of the flue where smoke condenses into glazed creosote. We clean from the roof down so hazardous soot never enters your mountain home.
Why True Flue Safety Starts On The Roof
Warm exhaust air meets cold alpine air at your chimney cap, causing vaporized wood pitch to condense into hardened, high-risk creosote. Traditional sweeps work from the hearth upward, which compresses this dangerous build-up or knocks soot straight into your living room.
- Scours Upper Flue Zones: Eliminates Stage 3 creosote right where ignition begins.
- Sealed Negative Draft: Your hearth is secured before we sweep, keeping fine soot out of your home.
- Full Flue & Crown Check: Every run includes cap inspection, spark arrestor clearing, and mortar assessment.
The Method Matters: Top-Down vs Bottom-Up
Every wood stove and fireplace system Fire Safe Chimney Cleaning inspects receives meticulous care. When you rely on firewood to heat your home through a Boise County winter, a clean flue isn't just routine maintenance: it's peace of mind.
